Our strategy
Our work is guided by the Trust's Digital Strategy 2026–2029, which sets out a four-pillar approach covering infrastructure, classroom technology and AI, communication, and financial and environmental sustainability. The Trust's longer-term Five-Year Digital Technology Vision (2026–2031) extends this with a fifth pillar on governance, workforce and service resilience.
