One Multi Academies Trust is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Board of Trustees. We are particularly looking for expertise in the following areas: HR, Legal, Marketing and ICT.

What We Are Looking For
We welcome a range of expertise and experiences, but are seeking any of the following specialisms in order to extend the range of skills on our Board:
- HR Professional: Advise on people strategies including staff development, culture, and recruitment.
- Legal Expert: Ensure compliance with charity and company law, uphold the Trust’s charitable objectives, and provide strategic oversight.
- Marketing & Communications Specialist: Strengthen stakeholder engagement, brand visibility, and strategic communications to support the Trust’s mission and growth.
- ICT Specialist: Support strategic digital planning, AI and resilient technology systems.
Commitment
- Attend Board meetings four times a year (most held virtually).
- Participate in termly sub-committees focused on specific areas such as finance, people and culture, and educational performance (all held virtually).
- Approximately 4 days per year for Academy visits and stakeholder engagements.
